I am half-mexican/half-filipina, panromantic/demisexual, and my pronouns are she/they!I like to say I am a variety vtuber, but in all honesty I mainly just stream minecraft nowadays. I'm very into designing OCs and worldbuilding and you will hear me yap about my personal projects/OCs at least once a stream.   • The prices above are simply base and will change depending on complexity of design and if there are any extra characters added!

  • I can also add a simple bg for an additional $10.

  • I will not do: furry, mecha, gore, or NSFW

General ꕤ.ﾟ

  • As my terms & conditions and pricing may be updated as I deem necessary, TOS and pricing at the time of approval will be followed.

  • Please understand that doing art commissions is not my full-time job and I have health issues that can prevent me from working on them, so please be patient with me!

  • I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

  • My work CANNOT be used as NFTs or in AI training.

  • There are usually three (3) phases as to how I approach commissions: sketching, rendering, then finalization. At least one (1) WIP will be sent during every phase for approval and you can request for more at any point!

Payment & Refunds ꕤ.ﾟ

  • Full payment is required after the sketch is approved, but payment plans are available!

  • Full refunds can be given if I have not started on the rendering phase yet.

  • No refunds will be given once the rendering phase is started.

  • In the event that I can no longer work on the commission, a full refund will be given.

Revisions, Altering, & Resale ꕤ.ﾟ

  • Major revisions are allowed only during the sketching phase.

  • Minor revisions are allowed during all phases.

  • I have the right to refuse a revision should it be outside my scope of ability, but I will still do my best to deliver on it.

  • Major alterations to the commission must have my consent.

  • Reselling/redistributing the commissioned work without explicit permission from me is strictly prohibited.

Ownership & Usage ꕤ.ﾟ

  • As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork, unless it is commissioned for commercial use. Rights to commissions under commercial use will then belong to the client.

  • I may post or stream finished/progress of commissioned work on my social media, but can be requested not to. Any posts made will have the client tagged, so please let me know if you would prefer to not be tagged!

  • I must be credited whenever the art is used/posted @arikyavt !!

  • Commercial Use: 2x the total price of the commission.

Deadlines & Delivery ꕤ.ﾟ

  • Completing a commission can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks up to 1-2 months once started. Progress on each commission can be seen on my tracker, however you are more than welcome to message me for the status of your commission!

  • Due to this not being my full-time job, delays are entirely possible due to my personal life. Other possible reasons for delay may include the complexity of the commission or current workload. Any and all delays will be communicated to the client asap!

  • I do not work first come, first served, so please let me know if there are any deadlines for the commission to be completed.

  • Rush orders (deadline in two weeks or under) will have an additional fee of at least $25 depending on what the commission is and how tight the deadline is. Please message me before commissioning to discuss a possible rush order.

Communication ꕤ.ﾟ

  • If a WIP sent for approval has not been replied to within 3 days, progress on that commission will be halted until a reply is given.

  • Clients who violate my Terms of Service WILL be blacklisted
